Performance guarantees have been released by Raytheon for its new business jet, the Hawker 450, it was announced recently. A standard-equipped aircraft with full fuel, two pilots and a 1,000-lb payload will have a guaranteed range of 2,000nm; its guaranteed take-off field length will be 4,700 feet; and the maximum cruise speed will be a guaranteed 472 kt. The Hawker 450 is scheduled for first deliveries in 2006.
