The UK’s General Aviation Awareness Council (GAAC) has produced an explanatory booklet entitled ‘Why General Aviation?’. Input has come from the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, the British Gliding Association and the Popular Flying Association. The booklet will be sent to all members of the British parliament, relevant government departments, appropriate people in the CAA, airlines and airport operators.
