Lufthansa Technik (LHT) has expanded its capacities at its Hamburg completions centre. This year the company’s customers are now being offered a production line for large-size vip aircraft plus four production lines for XXL class executive jets. Starting in 2003, LHT will be outfitting the Fairchild Dornier Envoy 7 as an XXL class executive jet.

Its certification as a completions centre for Airbus, Boeing and Fairchild Dornier aircraft, according to Lufthansa Technik, makes it the world’s leading centre for equipping the cabins of business and large-size vip jets.

In 2001 a futher five XXL executive jets plus a vip jet are to be outfitted by LHT, and eight business jets are planned or 2002.
