SimuFlite Training International has earned JAA Type Rating Training Organization (TRTO) approval on five pilot training programmes.

Integrated ground school, simulator and aircraft training is available for Challenger 601, Falcon 50, Gulfstream IV, Hawker 700 and Learjet 35/36. SimuFlite’s remaining programmes are scheduled for approval by the end of 2001.

Based in Dallas/Fort Worth, SimuFlite is keen to attract European operators who, upon completion of their training, return to their home country to complete a minimum number of in-aircraft landings with a JAA examiner present. “We look forward to welcoming our European-based clients who are governed by these regulations” said SimuFlite president Jeff Roberts.
