Team Jelbe opts for chartering
Swedish television company Team Jelbe Production has recently sold its Citation 500 after eight years of ownership, to a Danish corporate. The company had sole use of the nine-seater plane, making three or four flights a week. Vice president Malin Anderson said: “We now fly anywhere between three and 25 people at a time, so at present it is more cost-effective for us to charter.”

The company had sole use of the nine-seater plane, making three or four flights a week. Vice president Malin Anderson said: “We now fly anywhere between three and 25 people at a time, so at present it is more cost-effective for us to charter.”

Anderson said the aircraft was used solely for flights within Sweden, and didn’t rule out the possibility of a future purchase: “If the company needs it, we will buy another aircraft, but right now it is impractical. Maybe in a year or two we will buy another one.”
