Visual Elk solution selected by CitationShares
UK-based StayinFront, a global developer of customer relationship management systems, has reported that fractional ownership company, CitationShares, has selected its Visual Elk solution for a company-wide sales force automation application.

UK-based StayinFront, a global developer of customer relationship management systems, has reported that fractional ownership company, CitationShares, has selected its Visual Elk solution for a company-wide sales force automation application.

CitationShares is a joint venture formed between Cessna Aircraft and TAG Aviation USA, offering businesses and individuals the opportunity to purchase as little as 1/16 to as much as 1/2 interest in a Cessna Citation jet. According to John Hall, CitationShares’ senior vp of sales and marketing, the company’s mission is to provide the lowest price in the business jet fractional ownership market. The company’s fleet includes the Citation CJ1 and Bravo aircraft.

“The initial stage of the deployment will be used to more efficiently target sales and marketing efforts, manage customer contacts, and schedule sales calls. Ultimately, we will expand the application into a full blown Web-based CRM implementation,” said Hall.
