ACE 2026 - The home of global charter.
The bimonthly news publication for aviation professionals.
An excellent line up of exhibitors, display aircraft and meetings has been arranged for the first UK Business & General Aviation Day (BGAD01) with more being added literally each day. The event, presented by European Business Air News in association with Marshall Aerospace, takes place at Marshalls Cambridge Airport on Thursday June 14th and EBAN readers in the UK will find their information leaflet and tickets in this issue.
Originally planned as a table top style event, BGAD has grown into a fully fledged exhibition for the
UK business aviation market, but the main aims of keeping the show to a one day format and guaranteeing low exhibiting costs have been maintained.
Most of the exhibition booths are now reserved and an excellent line up of exhibitors is on offer to the visitor, encompassing all areas of business aviation. BGAD01 differs from some exhibitions in as much as our static aircraft area is directly outside the exhibition.
We have aircraft on display ranging from helicopters to long range jets, including three aircraft from NetJets Europe - a Citation, Hawker 800 and Falcon 2000. Gold Air International are showing one of their brand new Lear 45 jets as well as a short acrobatic demonstration in their Pitts aircraft during the lunch time period.
At present four meetings are scheduled to take place at BGAD01 - including a regular meeting of BAUA (Business Aircraft Users Association), a presentation by Marshall Aerospace about their extensive facilities at Cambridge, updates on compliance issues presented by Captain John Robinson and a briefing on cabin noise reduction by Flight Environments Inc.
Visitors will be able to buy hot and cold snacks throughout the day, with afternoon teas and strawberries and cream to celebrate the English summer.

Admission to BGAD is free of charge, but strictly by pre-registration. If you would like more tickets or would like to visit BGAD from outside the UK, please email Mark Ranger on mark@stanstednews.com or call 01279 714509.
