Biggin Hill breezes through Jeppesen test
Jeppesen’s Paul Dowling has given Biggin Hill the Jeppesen seal of approval after visiting the airport and FBO to undertake a recent standards audit.

Jeppesen’s Paul Dowling has given Biggin Hill the Jeppesen seal of approval after visiting the airport

and FBO to undertake a recent standards audit.

Dowling commented: “Under-taking audits of FBO facilities worldwide is of great importance to us in order that we stay abreast of standards at the FBOs to which we route corporate aircraft. It was of no great surprise to us to find that Biggin Hill met all of our required standards to a high level.

“Biggin Hill is only 12 miles from Central London and is therefore an ideal gateway to the capital. With recently improved maintenance facilities including the recent addition of a large Jet Aviation facility which will give operators the kind of reassurance they are looking for, we are pleased to recommend this FBO to all Jeppesen customers.”

The aim of such an audit is to examine the services offered across all aspects of corporate aircraft operations from operational, security and above all, the customer service perspective.

Airport marketing manager Julie Black added: “Jeppesen route a significant number of corporate aircraft through our facility and hopefully this visit will signal an even closer working partnership in the future.”
