The Northern Ireland Industrial Tribunal has issued a decision which supports claims made by 292 of Bombardier’s Belfast operations’ 7,200 unionised employees regarding changes made in holiday pay calculations in 1995. The potential total cost to Bombardier Aerospace is estimated at less than $1.1 million – full financial provision has been made.
