Lufthansa Technik (LHT) is offering its vip customers an adaptable control system for the cabin lighting and call system, which considers their wishes.

A spokesman said: “Since the systems available on the market do not possess the desired features, our engineers had to draw on their own inventiveness.

The result was their development of the CLCS, the cabin-lighting control system.

“It will save customers both time and money.”

The CLCS is installed in addition to the inflight entertainment system and, if there is one, to the standard cabin-management system. The equipment is operated via switch control panels which can be placed either at the individual seats or operator consoles.
