B-N Group seeks approval to reopen Bembridge
The B-N Group is currently in the process of applying to the Civil Aviation Authority for approval to reopen the UK’s Bembridge Airport as a licensed airfield. The CAA licence will follow the completion of repairs being made to the runway which is anticipated to be ready before the end of March. All of B-N’s former air traffic and safety services will be restored at the airport which will also be used by the company for aircraft manufacturing work and aircraft deliveries. The airport is currently being used on a ‘prior permission only’ basis as an unlicensed field dealing with specific aircraft deliveries.
