Yugoslavia becomes ICAO contracting state

The International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) has received confirmation that the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia has adhered to the Convention on International Civil Aviation, thus becoming the ICAO’s 186th contracting state.
