After months of negotiations, Metro Business Aviation has added another UK operating base to its network following the acquisition of the London Heliport which is to be redeveloped over the next two years and will now be known as Metro London Heliport. The heliport in Battersea handles approximately 1,200 helicopter movements per year. It is already used by Metro passengers for transfer into the centre of London.
