Boeing Business Jets has signed service contracts with Jet Aviation Management and Associated Air Center Inc. The two companies will be designated as BBJ authorised warranty repair facilities and BBJ factory authorised service centres. The centres will provide other maintenance, repair and overhaul services as required.
President and coo of Jet Aviation Europe, Middle and Far East Heinz Köhli said: “This recognition by Boeing Business Jets is a great honour for us and represents an excellent opportunity to extend our brand image.
“Historically, we have maintained a wide variety of Boeing airliner-class corporate jets providing extensive out-of-warranty maintenance, but this represents the first authorised service centre status given to Jet Aviation by Boeing Business Jets for the company’s jetliners.”
BBJ’s Thomas Lindberg added: “The decision was based on feedback from our customers who wanted better global access to more facilities authorised by Boeing Business Jets.”
Associated Air’s Dallas facility will serve as the US service centre.
