Execair, based at Birmingham International Airport, has continued to ascend the ratings list, reaching second place this year from last year’s sixth position.

“I’m over the moon,” said regional manager Craig Middleton. “We’ve had new developments at Birmingham with the refurbishment of the office, that might have helped improve our ranking. Also the staff are generally excellent with their jobs and at providing customer service.”

Middleton went on to say: “It seems that we are getting better. Second position shows that we are improving. I’m very pleased because Birmingham is the flagship for Execair.”
