Focus on customer service for-fifth placed Mallorcair
Gaining its highest ever overall position at joint fifth, Palma-based Mallorcair evidently understands the business very well. EBAN spoke to Mallorcair’s Miguel Mudoy, who said: “Over here we are like a family and we like to work. We know that the people flying here like to receive a good service and we never say no – always yes.”

Mudoy is aware of the company’s capabilities: “On facilities we can’t compete with others because the Civil Aviation in Spain do not allow us to have our own building. We use its building and it’s not as good as we would like to have. We can’t compare with Metro but a lot of clients say we are one of the best in Europe for service. Good buildings are no use without the customer service to match,” he said.

Mudoy went on to identify the simple things as being the most important: “We have a very good team here, we are friendly, honest and always provide a big smile.”
