Equalling their achievement of years 1996 and 1997, Universal at Stansted have won EBAN’s FBO and corporate handling survey for two years in a row. EBAN spoke to md of Universal Aviation UK Theresa Wooll, about a winning habit which is fast becoming a much envied one in FBO circles.

Said Wooll: “We are very pleased to learn that we have won first place once again in the EBAN FBO competition.

We all work very hard at providing a first class service to our clients.

“During 2000 our facility was completely refurbished and expanded. In addition, we recently purchased several additional items of ground support equipment such as purpose-built covered steps and a large aircraft tug capable of pushing a fully loaded B747.”

Will 2002 provide a trio of successes for Universal, Stansted? Only time will tell.
