Ibis Aerospace has named Clint O. Johnson as product support manager. Reporting to Jef Conrad, director of marketing, Johnson will manage customer engineering support, maintenance reliability, and other global customer support programmes. He will be based in Kerrville. “Clint will develop the process and the organisation to provide timely accurate responses to Ae270 owners and service centres,” said Conrad. Johnson was most recently manager of technical publications, director of product support and acting director of engineering for Mooney Aircraft.
