Kollsman, Inc. in conjunction with Gulfstream Aerospace, has successfully designed the “All Weather Window”, an enhanced vision system which detects and displays visual cues required for landing in low visibility conditions and provides improved situational awareness when flying at night. The system is being offered by Gulfstream for its GV and G-IV aircraft. Production is scheduled to begin in the middle of 2001.
