Overseas Citation operators set to benefit from UK maintenance facility
The CSE Citation Centre has celebrated the official opening of its new maintenance facility at Bournemouth International Airport in the UK.

The CSE Citation Centre has celebrated the official opening of its new maintenance facility at Bournemouth International Airport in the UK.

Said a company spokesman: “It was felt that a greater investment in our many and loyal customers was needed so the CSE Citation Centre purchased the new hangar at Bournemouth International Airport.

“This new 35,000 square foot hangar located next door to its old facility was made possible due to increased market growth and a £1.5 million investment by BBA. The hangar is large enough to accommodate up to eight Citation aircraft for maintenance.”

Although the CSE Citation Centre is one of only two Cessna Authorised Service centres in the UK, a large proportion of its customers are from overseas.

Said the spokesman: “The key benefit to customers is that our factory-trained engineers are solely focused on Cessna Citations and have always been so.

This enables more efficient inspection, rectification and fault diagnosis therefore reducing the customers maintenance costs.

“It is in fact the only European Cessna Authorised Service Centre that offers this dedicated Citation aircraft only maintenance.”
