Dassault determined to improve customer service
Dassault Falcon is to enhance its current customer service team. Field service representatives, who partner with customers in problem solving and troubleshooting, are to be joined by “model specialists” with specific knowledge of two Falcon models, along with a general working knowledge of the rest of the fleet.

Dassault Falcon is to enhance its current customer service team. Field service representatives, who partner with customers in problem solving and troubleshooting, are to be joined by “model specialists” with specific knowledge of two Falcon models, along with a general working knowledge of the rest of the fleet.

Customer service managers are also to be appointed. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining service-based relationships with all points of customer contact.
