FlightSafety's Sikorsky Learning Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, has received the approval of the JAA for its Sikorsky S-76 pilot training programmes, supporting all models of the twin-turbine helicopter.

This marks the company's second JAA helicopter certification. It provides approved training for Europeans with JAA qualified instructors, examiners and courseware.

In addition, FlightSafety examiners can issue JAA initial licence skills tests and recurrent licence proficiency checks.

The JAA approved FlightSafety's Bell 430 training at the company's Fort Worth centre earlier this year.
