Raytheon Aircraft Company has refined its sales and marketing organisation, making it easier for customers to interface with the company. "This is part of a continuous process of listening to what our customers want," said Karl Childs, vp - sales and marketing. "Our customers tell us they want easy access to information on our products and services - in other words, they want to know who to approach. "Refining and simplifying the reporting structure within sales and marketing will make Raytheon Aircraft easier to do business with," he said.
