Hansel Tookes has been named chairman of Raytheon Aircraft Company. Tookes, who was elected a Raytheon executive vice president in June, has served as president and ceo of Raytheon since January of this year. Prior to joining Raytheon in September 1999, Tookes held senior positions with Pratt & Whitney and United Technologies.
