Fairchild Dornier has appointed two executives to top positions in customer support. The company named Wolf-Eckard Herholz as senior vice president and Jürgen Haacker as vice president, customer support. Both Fairchild appointments are effective from the beginning of September, 2000. While Herholz moves to Fairchild Dornier after a 25-year career with Lufthansa, Haacker was previously responsible for establishing a customer engineering and support organisation for Lufthansa Technik.
