Biggin Hill Airport-based Air Touring, the sole UK and Ireland distributor for Aerospatiale Matra Socata, has opened a JAR 145 approved avionics centre that, says the company, "is open to every aircraft owner, not just the rapidly increasing number of Socata buyers". Mike Pearce, md of Air Touring, said: "We are now well placed to provide a competitive service to owners. When they fly in they may wish to arrange a flight in one of our Socata demonstrators while they are with us."
