The UK's Home Office has awarded McAlpine Helicopters with a framework arrangement to supply helicopters and equipment to police forces and a number of other agencies. The arrangement has a life of three years. McAlpine Helicopters Ltd's Sales Director, David Lewis, commented: "I believe that the helicopters and packages offered under our new framework will attract significant interest. "The framework is important to all involved - it offers the UK Police an alternative to the full OJEC procedures - and establishes clear pricing and contractual terms."
