Amaury de la Grange flying school (EPAG) or Melville, France has ordered a Frasca B58 Baron flight and navigation procedures trainer, type II. This adds to its current fleet of Frasca 141 and King Air B200 simulators.\r The device will include a full suite of Bendix/King avionics matching EPAG's B58 training aircraft; a two-tube EFIS 40 system, flight director/autopilot with altitude preselector, and GPS. It will also have several custom data bases representing major European airports.\r "Frasca won this order in a closely contested procurement involving several other companies," reports Tim Ross, director of technical marketing. "EPAG's order was secured through a combination of superior technology, best value pricing, an aggressive delivery schedule, and an ability to provide long term customer support," he said.
