Roberts becomes chief at Luton
London Luton Airport has appointed Graham Roberts as chief executive. The Gloucestershire-based father of three took up the post on May 2, 2000. Roberts joins the airport from MTL Services where he was chief executive at the privately owned public transport company which was sold to Arriva in February 2000.

Roberts said: "These are challenging times at London Luton and I am relishing the opportunity to make a difference. \r"The airport has great potential and I'm looking forward to strengthening our business for the long term good of our customers, employees and shareholders."
