Metro Business Aviation has been awarded a contract to provide full aircraft maintenance and support for the new BBJ. The service will come into effect early in 2000, and is supported by a customer confirmed contract. According to Harish Shah, contracts manager at Metro, two more potential maintenance support contracts for customers on an FBO basis are in the pipeline. "With the increasing number of BBJ aircraft sales, Metro's future growth includes the larger range which will be concentrated at our Luton base," said Harish Shah, sales manager at Metro. "Our new facilities, including a hangar, were built with the BBJ market in mind."
