Dean C Borgman has been named president and chief executive officer of Sikorsky Aircraft Corp, a subsidiary of United Technology Corp. The move follows the retirement of Eugene Buckley as chairman and ceo. Borgman spent 17 years at McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Company including as general manager of the MD Explorer programme and president.
