Md of Shannon Aerospace, Wolfgang FW Gohde, is to move from Ireland to Hamburg to take the position of senior vp aircraft overhaul and modification services at Lufthansa Technik. Gohde will be based at Lufthansa Technik's facility in Hamburg, at which 1,700 people are employed. The facility houses four business units including aircraft overhaul, vip and executive jet services, airframe related components and aircraft painting. Gohde was most recently md of Shannon Aerospace, which he joined in January 1995 and led the company through a rapid expansion. Previously, he held the position of project manager for the strategic development of Shannon Aerospace.\rFrom November 1999, Martin Kaiser will take up the position of md at Shannon Aerospace. He has served as head of production and deputy chief executive since 1995.
