ASE's Falcon 900EX earmarked for worldwide charter duties
Aero Services Executive is poised to take delivery of a brand new Falcon 900EX, expected to arrive no later than the end of October. With nine aircraft already under management/ownership, ASE sees great potential in its new acquisition. Spokesman, ground handling manager, Steve Gulvin told EBAN: "The Falcon 900EX will be used mainly for worldwide charter but also for the company's shareholders, complementing the Falcon 900B that we currently operate."

Aero Services Executive is poised to take delivery of a brand new Falcon 900EX, expected to arrive no later than the end of October. With nine aircraft already under management/ownership, ASE sees great potential in its new acquisition. Spokesman, ground handling manager, Steve Gulvin told EBAN: "The Falcon 900EX will be used mainly for worldwide charter but also for the company's shareholders, complementing the Falcon 900B that we currently operate."\r"After the Falcon 900B, this is just the next logical step. We also operate Falcon 10s, 20-5s and 50s, we have our own engineers who are licensed on Falcons and of course the majority of the spare parts that we stock here are, at our JAR-145 approved technical station, are for Falcon aircraft. We've found that the 900B has obviously given us more scope and we've had the aircraft being chartered to Africa, the Americas, the Middle East and as far afield as China. Previously, we've had requests for that type of aircraft and we've only really had the Falcon 50 of our own to offer. Now we can offer the Falcon 900B and Falcon 900EX to both existing and new clients rather than having to look elsewhere."\rThe French business jet charter market, it seems, has not always been a thriving arena. However, Gulvin explained that, certainly for the time being, the market appears to have turned the corner. He told EBAN: "The charter situation in France is much better than say two years ago when exchange rates were bad and people were more likely to charter from outside France. From the depths of 7.5 francs to the pound, we have arrived at 10 francs to the pound. The charter market is far stronger and we're particularly upbeat about the near future."
