Woodgate Aviation will be seamlessly integrated into SERE Group's existing aviation business, which includes subsidiary companies Jet Assist and 247 Aviation Limited. All businesses are prominent in Northern Ireland.

Woodgate Aviation operates two King Air and Piper Chieftain aircraft and conducts life-saving, fixed wing air ambulance transport for patients in need of specialist hospital services, aerial survey and private charter flights.

There aren't many ATOs in the UK and EU capable of providing initial type rating on a Beechcraft King Air or a Britten Norman turbine Islander (BN2T). Woodgate saw that gap in the market, and acted.
