Press Release
Issued by Harrods Aviation.
June 10, 2010
Despite the typical summer weather Harrods Aviation hosted a wonderful reception for Global Jet Concept as they demonstrated the Legacy 600, newly available for charter in the UK, to assembled charter broker representatives and private clients. The aircraft, with the nickname 'St Nicholas' clearly detailed on the fuselage, is so-named after the patron saint of Sailors.
'It was a pleasure to support Global Jet with this initiative to promote this wonderful aircraft to UK brokers,' said a Harrods Aviation spokesperson.
Of the day, Global Jet International Sales Director, Janus Kamradt said, 'Despite the miserable English summer weather the sun shone in both the customer lounge and the aircraft as we enjoyed a great day at Harrods. St Nicholas is already a very popular aircraft. I am very happy to now have him based here.'
The Global Jet Legacy 600 can seat 12 passengers and has bed capacity for 6. It offers a large and luxurious cabin (13.1 meters long), a full service galley and a very generous luggage compartment. Global Jet allows smoking on St Nicholas.
