Lynn Tilton, Chief Executive Officer, MD Helicopters, Inc. has announced the appointment of Robert Molsbergen to President of MD Helicopters, Inc., reporting directly to her.

Mr. Molsbergen has held senior C-level positions within the marine, aerospace, industrial and power generation markets. He provides MD Helicopters with proven global leadership experience managing high growth companies where he has managed mission critical operations leading to multiple business successes. As a senior level executive in international business environments, he is a strong communicator with over 20 years of experience guiding multinational corporations to unprecedented sales and revenue growth.

Most recently, Mr. Molsbergen was President and a Member of the Board of Innovation Plus, LLC, a private high technology firm, inventing, developing, manufacturing, marketing and selling highly advanced electronic products and services to the aerospace industry. Prior to this, he was CEO and Chairman of the Board of EMTS, a Dutch major global marine services company engaged in shipbuilding and ship repair and maintenance, which serves internationally renowned ship owners, operators and managers.

He is a US patent holder and received his BS in Economics and MBA from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and a BS in Marine Engineering from Astileros Espanoles in Bilbao, Spain.
