NATA and QBE Aviation announce final good experience return of 24.74% to close 2015 programme year

The National Air Transportation Association (NATA) and QBE Aviation of QBE Holdings, Inc. (QBE) are proud to announce that the 2015 programme year of its Workers Compensation Insurance Program closed with a final good experience return (GER) of 24.74%. The programme allows for five years of loss development before making the final calculation of a programme year's GER. On December 18, 2019, QBE declared approximately $6,113,555.60 for the programme participants for this year's GER. To date, over $22,254,749.89 in GER has been distributed to programme participants.

“This programme was developed with three key components in mind; to provide participants with a dependable long-term option for Workers Compensation Insurance, to reward safety-conscious participants, and to make joining the programme as easy as possible. We are proud to continue that effort and to once again provide the returns from a successful year-end,” stated Steve Allen, QBE's senior vice president and head of aviation.

“For 80 years, NATA has assisted its members in being safe and successful. The programme, with its good experience return, is just one way that NATA provides tangible value and assists aviation businesses in meeting their bottom lines. Participants look forward to these substantial savings year-after-year and we are pleased to see the substantial growth not only in the number of participants in the programme, but also in the overall return that the programme provides our members,” stated Timothy R. Obitts, chief operating officer of NATA.
