In recognition of its 22nd Nextant 604XT flight deck upgrade delivery, Constant Aviation is offering optional MultiScan weather radar at no charge to the first three customers who sign up for a 604XT upgrade with a qualifying inspection at the Constant Aviation booth, #C10617, in the Central Hall at NBAA-BACE, October 22-24 in Las Vegas.

MultiScan weather radar delivers the ultimate in severe weather avoidance. Automated MultiScan predictive weather and advanced threat detection capabilities provide 604XT upgraded aircraft operators a complete weather picture to mitigate the risk of inadvertently penetrating thunderstorms. This aftermarket threat detection capability is only available in the 604XT next generation flight deck.

The 604XT next generation flight deck significantly improves Challenger 604 situational awareness, navigation capability and enhanced safety while eliminating the aircraft's looming Pro Line 4 obsolesce issues by integrating flight attitude, flight management, synthetic vision and aircraft system functionality into three next generation, large format, lightweight, high resolution, LCD touchscreen displays.

“Introductory priced at $69,040 for a limited time with the 604XT, nearly every 604XT customer has optioned the popular MultiScan radar to date,” said Steve Bruce, Nextant 604XT programme director.

It is important to note that ATN B1 CPDLC for European operations can only be achieved with the 604XT flight deck. Other options include XM Graphic Weather, FANS 1/A+, and Safe Flight AutoPower. The 604XT flight deck baseline package includes WAAS/LVP navigation and ADS-B Out compliance.
