Hawker Beechcraft strengthens customer support by uniting services in one organization

Hawker Beechcraft Corporation (HBC) today strengthened its commitment to growth and focus on the customer in the announcement that Hawker Beechcraft Services, RAPID and Hawker Beechcraft Customer Support are uniting as one organization under Hawker Beechcraft Global Customer Support. Additionally, in an effort to better define its role within the organization, the company's parts and distribution division, formerly known as RAPID, is now Hawker Beechcraft Parts & Distribution.

"Delivering outstanding customer support has never been more important and we are confident that the new structure will enhance the Hawker Beechcraft ownership and operating experience," said Christi Tannahill, vice president, Global Customer Support. "With seamless integration across the organization, Hawker Beechcraft Global Customer Support is now a one-stop shop for our customers worldwide."

Supporting 36,000 aircraft worldwide, Hawker Beechcraft Global Customer Support is now comprised of Technical/Field Support, Technical Publications, Support Plus, Hawker Beechcraft Parts & Distribution, and the Authorized Service Center Network, which includes company-owned Hawker Beechcraft Services.
