FortAero's EASA Part-145 certificate upgraded

FortAero, the Estonian business aircraft operator based in Tallinn (TLL), has upgraded its EASA Part-145 certificate. The major change is that FortAero now provides line maintenance for the Falcon 900EX EASy (including 900DX and 900LX) type of aircraft, in addition to the Falcon 2000 (CFE738) and Nextant 400XT (Williams FJ44).

Line maintenance from FortAero encompasses a comprehensive range of services, including routine daily checks, scheduled line inspections, troubleshooting and wheel and brake replacements.

In addition to line maintenance, FortAero provides AOG support. The company's experienced mobile repair teams (MRT) are highly available wherever a customer might need service, each and every day of the year, with the shortest possible response time. mobile repair teams will perform necessary troubleshooting, order, and dispatch required materials; everything to get an aircraft back in service safely, and as soon as technically possible.

The certificate upgrade widens the range of supported types of aircraft and potentially saves clients money, as there is no need to fly anywhere from Tallinn for every instance of maintenance for the supported models. “With our service portfolio extended, FortAero is a perfect choice in the region,” says the company's representative Kristjan Tõniste.
