Nextant Aerospace to showcase 604XT at EBACE

Nextant Aerospace, a global leader in aircraft and component remanufacturing and builder of the G90XT, 400XTi and 604XT, announced today it will be showing a 604XT Pro Line Fusion equipped aircraft at the 2019 European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (EBACE2019) in Geneva, Switzerland, May 21-23, 2019.

More than 13,000 attendees from across the globe are expected at EBACE this year. The event attracts leaders in aviation and emphasises the latest developments and innovations in the industry.

Established just over 10 years ago, Nextant Aerospace introduced the concept of aircraft remanufacturing to the business jet market. The company delivered its first 400XT in 2011, and certified its 604XT Fusion Flight Deck in 2018, achieving this milestone approval in a little over a year.

“EBACE attendees who demo the 604XT will be amazed with the aircraft's intuitive touch-screen interface and significantly improved situational awareness,” said Mark O'Donnell, Nextant Aerospace executive vice president.

The 604XT Flight Deck includes large 14.1” high-resolution flight displays, Synthetic Vision, patented airport dome technology, WAAS/LVP, and ADS-B Out along with the option to add Safe Flight AutoPower, FANS-1A and Link 2000+.

“Fusion's precision operational capability is a stunning improvement over the aircraft's original cathode ray tubes Pro Line 4 system,” noted Steve Bruce, Nextant Aerospace 604XT programme director. “Fusion is also a very timely upgrade for 604 owners who want to avoid the downtime and costs associated with Pro Line 4 obsolescence and support issues.”

“We are on track with 604XT's Phase 2 passenger cabin that is being re-designed to increase functionality, enrich comfort and provide more customisation options for clients," furthered O'Donnell. “In addition, we are working through vendor selection for the 604XT's Phase 3 performance improvement that promises an increase in service ceiling and increased range.

With its Fusion modernised flight deck, well-appointed cabin and planned performance improvement the 604XT is positioned to delight international owners and operators for years to come.
