Embraer holds second Asia Pacific Legacy 600 operators meeting

Embraer hosts its second annual Asia Pacific Legacy 600 Operators Meeting, in Jakarta, Indonesia, at the Park Lane Jakarta Hotel, December 8-9. The event gathers Legacy 600 operators from the region, as well as customer, service center, and supplier representatives. This annual event will cover technical issues and updates regarding the Legacy 600, plus sessions on Flight Operations, Maintenance Programs, Embraer Authorized Service Centers and Material Support, Parts & Logistics.

“The Legacy 600 Operators Meeting is a great occasion for Embraer to build on the relationships and networks we have with our operators, and to reinforce our commitment to our customers and partners throughout Asia Pacific,” said Andre de Castilho Silva, Embraer Director of Customer Support and Services, Asia Pacific. “In our bid to provide best-in-class service and support to our customers and partners, the meeting is an invaluable platform for an exchange of ideas, suggestions and best practices among Embraer’s personnel, suppliers, customer support representatives, and operators.”

The Company currently has nine Legacy 600 aircraft operating in Indonesia, Singapore, India, and Thailand, with the first delivery of this executive jet model to Australia expected by the end of this year.

A dedicated Customer Support team in the region assists Legacy 600 customers and operators, while strategically allocated parts at Embraer’s warehouse in Singapore allow for faster replacement and service turn-around times.
