Alsim is pleased to announce the installation of an ALX flight simulator (single engine piston/multi engine piston, medium jet) at the Hungarian flight school Fly-Coop, located in Budapest.
Mr. Peter Nagy, Fly-Coop deputy head of training, explains why the flight school selected Alsim's ALX: “We did quite exhaustive research on the required device before reaching out to Alsim, and found the ALX had the best combination of all our needs. Equipment flexibility and market experience were the focus of our research before choosing the appropriate supplier/manufacturer.
"Also, we would like to point out the excellent customer service provided by Alsim and particularly by Anna, part of the sales team. This also had a huge impact on our decision,” he adds. “Due to the general increasing demand for training services, especially in the field of instrument ratings, we decided to increase our capacity. The solution was Alsim's ALX simulator.”
Fly-Coop is an ATO flight school approved by the Hungarian civil aviation authority according to EASA with the registration HU.ATO.0017. The school has a fleet of 10 single engine training aircraft and one multi engine aircraft (Seneca PA-34, Cessna 182K and 182RG, Cessna 150, Cessna 172 and also different types of helicopters). Approximately 75-80 students are trained annually, with the number of students continuously on the increase. The school was the first one to propose private pilot training in the country. Today Fly-Coop provides modular CPL/ME + IR (with ATPL theory credit) courses, and is just about to introduce ATP Integrated courses. The school also recently obtained its training approval for MCC, MCCI, STI courses.
