Phenom 100 jet gains maintenance coverage in Eastern Europe

Embraer informs that ABS Jets, of Prague, Czech Republic, is now certified by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) for Part 145 maintenance on the entry level Phenom 100 jet. The company is also an Embraer authorized service center for the Legacy 600 executive jet in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, and the Company’s authorized sales representative for Eastern Europe.

“As the Phenom 100 fleet expands throughout the European and EMEA regions, Embraer’s customers continue to have top maintenance services available to them,” said Antonio Martini Neto, Embraer Vice President, Customer Support & Services for Europe, the Middle East and Africa – Executive Jets. “We have the utmost confidence that ABS Jets will offer the same quality maintenance services that it already provides for our Legacy 600 executive jet.”

In-house theoretical training for eight technicians was provided by Embraer CAE Training Services (ECTS). On-the-job training was performed at Embraer’s Gavião Peixoto facility, in Brazil.

“The new approval for ABS Jets gives the possibility to perform both line and base maintenance,” said David Kyjovsk?, CEO of ABS Jets. “We are confident that we are ready to provide Embraer’s and our own customers with services that will fully satisfy their expectations, especially with regard to the quality of workmanship, customer support, flexibility, availability and cost effectiveness.”

Embraer continuously makes every effort to offer its Phenom customers the best possible support in the EMEA region, with a strong network of authorized service centers.
