Blackhawk Modifications, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition to its staff of Bobby Patton as Distributor Program Manager of the worldwide turboprop engine upgrade company, located in Waco, Texas.

Patton was previously employed at Raisbeck Engineering as Director of Sales. During his seven years at Raisbeck, he successfully implemented the sales strategy that established the company as the leading aerodynamic modifier for the King Air series. He was instrumental in dealer development, having appointed and trained a successful network of over 70 worldwide dealers.

"After working closely with Blackhawk over the last several years, I am thrilled to join the team that sets the bar in aircraft performance upgrades," said Patton. "I am looking forward to the new experiences that lay ahead and the opportunity to continue Blackhawk's tradition of customer satisfaction."

Patton also maintained Raisbeck's largest OEM contract with Hawker Beechcraft and established a strong working relationship. Under his direction, sales grew by at least 20 percent each year and led Raisbeck to their most profitable year in 2008.

Born in Oklahoma City, Patton has lived in Seattle for the past 16 years. He has a 6 year old daughter, Nicole, and enjoys hiking and camping in the Great Northwest. He will remain based in Seattle, traveling extensively to support Blackhawk's worldwide network of more than 35 dealers.
