Embraer names Nayak as authorized service center in Germany

Embraer has named Nayak Aircraft Services (www.nayak.aero), based in Cologne, Germany, as an Embraer Authorized Service Center (EASC). The company became the first Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility to serve Embraer's Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 in that country.

"We are very pleased to welcome Nayak Aircraft Services to our customer support network," said Antonio Martini, Embraer Vice President, Customer Support and Services – Europe, the Middle East and Africa - Executive Jets. "Embraer is constantly evaluating and improving the global network of its Executive Jet Service Centers. Their location is an important factor for serving our customers, and Germany is one of Europe's most responsive business aviation markets for our Phenom family."

Nayak's main base in Bonn Airport, in Cologne, will provide warranty support, as well as line and base maintenance services, for Phenom 100 and Phenom 300 customers. Full-service aircraft care includes routine inspection, and scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, as well as airframe, engine, avionics and other systems repairs, 24/7 assistance, Aircraft On Ground (AOG) mobile rescue team, and an inventory of expendable and repairable parts.

"It is a source of great pride to have been selected by Embraer as their authorized service center for the Phenom 100 and Phenom 300," said Herbert Busch, Managing Director of Nayak Aircraft Services. "Nayak's dedicated engineers are looking forward to starting the operations, which will reflect the knowledge and experience we have gained in over 30 years in the business."
