ACS Aviation Ltd's maintenance division, ACS Engineering has entered into a joint venture with Specialist Helicopters Ltd to provide full maintenance support to Skyhook Helicopters. The Airbus AS350 single engine turbine helicopter, registration G-LARR, will be maintained and serviced by engineers at ACS’s main engineering facility at Perth Airport in Scotland.
Skyhook Helicopters, owned by TSL Contractors, operates from its main base at Balfron in Scotland providing lifting capabilities to construction industry contractors throughout the UK and in remote areas.
ACS Aviation's maintenance division operates from Scotland's largest general aviation maintenance hangar. It employs highly trained technicians and licensed engineers offering aircraft maintenance and support using advanced technology to manage aircraft as efficiently and economically as possible.
A Part 145 approved organisation with FAA inspection authorisation., its facility is dedicated to providing high quality maintenance for piston and turbine engined fixed wing and rotary aircraft for commercial and private operators.
ACS Engineering is based Hangar 3 at Perth Airport in Scotland, UK and is within 60-90 mins drive of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen airports.
