Twin Otter dispatch reliability reaches over 99.6%

Viking Air is pleased to announce that, acording to recently released data, the Twin Otter's dispatch reliability for the last 12 months of operation shows a moving 12 month monthly average of over 99.6%. 

Viking has been providing support for de Havilland aircraft since 1970 and now provides parts maintenance and technical support for over 1,500 aircraft worldwide, including nearly 600 Twin Otters.

Viking has invested heavily in its spares inventory, with a five-fold increase in spares holding between 2013 and 2015 and over 90% on-time delivery. Its 2016 customer satisfaction survey showed an increase in satisfaction in eight of its nine categories over the previous year, with overall customer satisfaction results standing at 95%.

Viking provides a comprehensive entry into service program and has factory approved service centers in North America, Europe and Krasnoyarsk, Russia. 

Viking's sister company Pacific Sky provides complete pilot training for the Twin Otter and is now operating the world's first full-motion Level-D float plane simulator.
