Web Manuals is confirming its lead as business aviation's digital documentation solution of choice by adding the industry-leading ARGUS audit standard as an integrated reference resource within the Web Manuals application.
Under a new collaboration between Web Manuals Sweden AB and ARGUS International, Inc., the ARGUS standard will be offered as a 'Compliance Library' within Web Manuals' solution for authoring, publishing, distributing and controlling aviation manuals. Users will be able to create live links from sections of their own manuals to relevant paragraphs of the ARGUS standard, thereby simplifying the audit process for ARGUS-certified users and companies pursuing certification.
ARGUS is the latest addition to Web Manuals' integrated Compliance Libraries, which also include the IS-BAO, IS-BAH and IOSA standards as well as FAA and EASA regulations. Compliance Libraries automatically alert subscribing Web Manuals users when and how sections of their manuals require amending to maintain compliance with changing standards and regulations.
Scott Liston, executive vice president of business development at ARGUS International, says: “The ARGUS rating is recognized globally as the most rigorous and trusted indicator of a charter company's commitment to operating in line with recognized best practices for safety management. For operators, brokers, owners and passengers alike, the ARGUS standard is a key reference point for overall quality. We are therefore delighted to work with Web Manuals in making the standard available in a format that helps operators easily ensure that compliance is maintained at every level of their organization.”
Martin Lidgard, CEO and founder of Web Manuals, says: “With the addition of the globally respected ARGUS standard Web Manuals now offers fully integrated compliance libraries for every key standard and set of regulations in business aviation. This marks the latest stage in our mission to help business aviation companies simplify and improve their document compliance while gaining important benefits in safety, administrative cost and management time.”
Web Manuals provides the tools for end-to-end document compliance for general aviation operators, airlines, maintenance and repair organizations, airports and ground handling agents. The latest version of Web Manuals' Cloud-based application, version 6.0 'Gripen', features a redesigned, intuitive user interface through which manuals and other documents can be swiftly navigated and edited, allowing users to easily access key functionalities. Rapid authoring and distribution allow headquarters to communicate urgent operational changes to flight crews instantly.
