AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG is proud to announce two new major maintenance mandates and the return to service of a Global Express aircraft.
The Global Express was delivered within a short ground time after a base maintenance check at the AMAC facility in Basel, Switzerland. The undisclosed head of state customer was very pleased about the on time delivery of his Global Express.
A privately owned Airbus A319 has also been inducted for a heavy maintenance C- Check at AMAC's facility in Basel, Switzerland. Various modifications on the satcom system as well as on the PIS (passenger information system) will be performed by AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG. The contract was signed with an undisclosed customer based on a short ground time in order to meet the customer“s operational requirements.
Additionally AMAC Aerospace Switzerland AG has signed a new heavy base maintenance contract for a privately owned A330 with an undisclosed customer. The aircraft will be inducted by the end of this year. The AMAC facility in Basel, Switzerland was chosen by the customer due to AMAC“s well-known capacity to handle sensitive vip interiors, which is required for the removal and re-installation of cabin interiors in order to perform heavy base maintenance inspections.
